The Nurse Assistant Training Program is a 165-hour program with 61 hours of theory and 104 hours of clinical training. It introduces the different roles and responsibilities of a nurse assistant. In this course, various concepts such as infection prevention, safety in health care practices, personal care for patients both in hospital and home base settings, and vital signs taking, aside from that the program will also teach you how to properly feed, clean, and document patients are discussed. Students will learn the skills and knowledge to fulfill their duties as nurse assistants.
Upon completion, one must take and pass the California State Nurse Assistant Certification Examination to be a Certified Nursing Assistant. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain entry-level positions at various healthcare facilities.

Schedule of Classes: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All instructors are RN and Nurse Practitioners (DR). Approved by the State (Board of Registered Nursing and CNA Program approved by CDPH and Home Health Aide Program.
