Medical Assisting Administrative is a 240-hour continuing education course. This course is designed to provide knowledge in understanding of basic human anatomy, common pathology, medical terminology, and secretarial skills as an administrative medical assistant such as scheduling and verifying patient appointments, composing reports and correspondence, billing patients, processing payments and insurance claims, compiling and recording medical charts. Upon completion, it will enable you to obtain an entry-level position as an administrative medical assistant in HMOs, medical clinics, chiropractic offices, and rehabilitation centers.
All instructors are licensed LVNs and RNs approved by the State of California.
Schedule of Classes: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Must arrange an appoinment with admission who will confirm that eligibility requirements have been met and will issue a permit to take the entrance test
