The Wound Care Management course is an 8-hour education course. This course is available for CNAs to advance their knowledge in wound care management based on the most current research and trends in wound care. Additionally, the course provides knowledge and skills regarding the essential tools and techniques for providing evidence-based wound care as a member of an interprofessional team. Prevention wound assessment and care planning, wound care product selection, wound healing, infection, and patient-professional collaboration are the key ideas of this course.

 

All instructors are RN and Nurse Practitioners (DR). Approved by the State (Board of Registered Nursing and CNA Program approved by CDPH and Home Health Aide Program.

 

Schedule of Classes: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
